- Find someone to partner with to increase your positivity. This individual may help you be accountable as he or she helps you be more positive.
- Communicate pure love by smiling, sharing, hugging (when appropriate). These actions will help enhance positive energy around you.
- What about incorporating positive habits into your daily routine? Improve your diet, exercise every day, make sleep a priority, and spend time outdoors. There are many people who would benefit from your services. Why not volunteer in your community?
- Laugh often. You may sometimes laugh at yourself. Read a silly book or story. Seek out people or things to help you bring out those belly laughs.
- Be patient with yourself. Practice calmness while you work, particularly on stressful issues or in stressful situations. Ask for help if you are struggling. Do not suffer alone when you can face the situation with a friend or family member.
- Embrace a few minutes of mindfulness, turn away from a fixed mindset and develop a growth mindset. Spend quiet time alone and with God. May I add that it would do a wealth of good, occasionally, to shut out the world and all its challenges and be at peace with yourself.
